Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy
$120.00+ GST for 50 minutes
Form of Payment
Fee payment to be paid at the end of each appointment by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or debit.
Coverage
Many extended health plans cover the cost of counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. You can contact your plan provider for more information.
Cancellation Policy
The full session will be charged if less than 24 hour notice is not provided. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, please contact me by email or phone.
Skype Counselling
I offer Skype counselling for clients globally and welcome clients from around the world, a convenient way to access counselling from a specialized counsellor.
Skype is an increasingly common method of counselling as it allows for privacy and face to face contact. For this modality of counselling to be most successful you need a quite space with guaranteed confidentiality and minimal distractions.
Prior to our initial session please review the confidentiality form.
Payment for Skype counselling session must be paid in full before the initial session via PayPal below.
Phone Counselling
When in office appointments are not an option phone counselling is a viable alternative. This form of counselling works effectively for:
- Parents who are not able to access child care
- People living in a different city and are not able to access my office
- When to face to face counselling feels too emotionally overwhelming
- Physical disability prevents travelling
